60 Day Return Policy



We encourage customers to carefully read our Return Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint, just saying. So, just tell us what went wrong, send us a picture, and we'll refund your money back in full after inspection of the item. 


You have 60 days from the date you received your items to make a return. If 60 days has expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

           - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.     
           - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
           - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
           - If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
           - Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
           - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
           - Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process! So, do not do!
           - If the product was defective or broken in any way, please provide a photo for review. Received a faulty item - something, not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out. 
           - Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns.
           - We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 20% or more, from our full retail price.
           - Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to use immediately at support@crazydealzone.com if you able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
           - We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.

Note: To begin initiating a return, within 60 days of delivery, please return your item to our address PO Box 131601 Carlsbad, CA 93013 and reach out to our customer support team at support@crazydealzone.com to confirm the return.


           -  Final sale item(s) or gift card is not eligible for return 
           -  CrazyDealZone does not currently offer exchanges - just refunds!
           -  Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean guys and gals; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
           -  You must email us a picture showing the problem/ defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.  


           -  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
           -  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


               -  Please Do Not send your purchase product back to the manufacturer.
               -  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
               -  Please use the tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance on returning the product. We don't guarantee that we will receive the returned item.


               -  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
               -  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crazydealzone.
